Why is my order in status “Not Found”?

The status “Not found” means that your app cannot be found by the keyword you have chosen because the app is not not ranked for that keyword. You have to cancel this order (you will get the refund automatically) and choose a new keyword by which your app can be found in top 250. Read more about order statuses here.
