I have paid just now and see no funds on my balance. What should I do in such a case?

Please, wait up to 30 minutes after you top up the balance. If payment hasn’t been reflected, contact our support team in the open channel, Skype, Telegram or Whatsapp.

If you paid with a credit card, please check your email inbox as well, as we process all payments via certified services wayforpay.com and Stripe. They can require additional information from you to confirm the payment. 

If you paid by PayPal and your payment hasn’t been reflected in your account, please check the payment status and contact our support team so they could check the payment as well. Sometimes PayPal sets payments on hold before adding it to account balance.
