We deeply apologize for the issues we had today during the day due to CrowdStrike hoster’s servers crash ! Unfortunately, it happened that our hosting provider had the problems due to the yesterday’s events connected with Crowdstrike! We are sorry that today you haven’t had the possibility to set the orders and use both of our platforms, but despite the fact of technical glitch, all your balances, campaigns and orders are saved and will be available in your account as usually. Starting from now, you can already proceed with the work on the platform as usually, both the old and the new one. All the orders you had and have on the accounts within this time were performed, but still if you observe any issues with orders, balances or system work, contact our support team or your personal manager, we work in a full mode these days to make sure that you can received the replies to all of your request!
