Traditionally, clients used installs to boost app positions in the App Store. However, if an app is brand new and receives only installs without additional impressions, the conversion rate may look too perfect to store algorithms. For example, 100 impressions and 100 installs equal a 100% CR, which is not typical for real user behavior.
With the new service, you can now add impressions along with installs and keep your CR at a natural level from the very beginning. This helps your app look more competitive in the keyword rankings, even if it’s just starting its growth.
Example in Numbers
Let’s say you want to promote your iOS app with 300 installs and aim for a 50% conversion rate from impressions to installs. That means you’ll need a total of 600 impressions.
With Keyapp, this setup is quick and easy. Simply choose the number of installs you want and adjust the slider to set your desired conversion rate. In this example, selecting 300 installs automatically generates 300 impressions. Then, by setting the CR to 50%, the system adds another 300 impressions to your order.
